My Senior Website
I'm Kalin, a senior at Alameda Community Learning Center (ACLC). I am an avid artist, reader, and songwriter. I spend way too much time finding and taking care of creepy crawlies. I love music - everything from "Lofi Beats to Study/Relax" to Debussy. I love watching films, and my favorite director has got to be Wes Anderson or Hayo Miyazaki. I play guitar and walk on the beach at dusk with my dogs. I spend hours riding horses every day, and at night I play Minecraft with two of my very good friends.
In summary - I'm a lot of things. But out of all these things, there is one takeaway: I pursue anything I want to, and I will be anything I want to be. I am bound by no expectations but my own, and that is a wonderful way to live.
I've always known that I would have to create a website for my senior year, and I never understood the purpose until now. I have applied my own meaning to this assignment: this will be my remembrance. My highs, my lows. My triumphs and my follies. This will be my recollection of my high school career. This period of my life has been full of new friends and the creation of lifelong memories, but like everything else, it comes to an end. Let's commemorate the end of an era, shall we?
